Responsibilities
- Perform daily warehouse operations including receiving, sorting, and staging inventory.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Package, label, and prepare shipments for distribution using standard packing materials.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Assist in inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure accuracy.
- Load and unload trucks using proper lifting techniques and equipment.
- Follow all company safety protocols and operational procedures.
Qualifications
- No previous work experience is required; we train all new hires.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) is preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English (basic level sufficient).
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods.
- Must be willing to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime.
- Eligible for EB3 visa sponsorship (Foreign Nationals welcome).
