Responsibilities
- Assist in the loading, unloading, and staging of products safely and efficiently.
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records using handheld devices.
- Ensure the workspace remains clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Follow all company protocols and quality control standards.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, when certified.
Qualifications
- Must hold a valid H2B visa or be eligible for H2B visa sponsorship.
- Must be fluent in English (verbal and written) to ensure safety and communication.
- Physically fit and able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or seasonal labor is preferred.
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime.
