Responsibilities
- Perform routine lawn maintenance, including mowing, edging, and trimming grass to a high standard.
- Operate landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers safely and efficiently.
- Plant seasonal flowers, shrubs, and trees according to landscape designs and specifications.
- Install, maintain, and repair irrigation systems and sprinkler heads.
- Remove debris, weeds, and leaves from client properties to ensure a clean appearance.
- Assist with seasonal projects such as hardscaping, mulching, and winterization preparations.
Qualifications
- Must be eligible for or currently holding an H2B Visa (or eligible to obtain one).
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labor for extended periods outdoors.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions, including heat and cold.
- Reliable transportation to and from the worksite.
- Basic English communication skills for safety instructions and teamwork.
- Willingness to work seasonal hours, including weekends and holidays.
