As a seasonal landscaper, you'll work full-time (40-50 hrs/week) from April through September, with guaranteed overtime opportunities. Our team-driven environment fosters professional growth and cultural exchange. Housing assistance and transportation provided for sponsored candidates.
Responsibilities
- Install and maintain residential/commercial landscapes including planting, mulching, and irrigation systems
- Operate landscaping equipment (mowers, trimmers, edgers) safely and efficiently
- Perform seasonal cleanup, snow removal (if applicable), and hardscaping tasks
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and maintain equipment cleanliness
- Collaborate with crew leads to execute project plans and meet deadlines
- Document work progress and report equipment maintenance needs
Qualifications
- Valid H2B visa sponsorship eligibility (or willingness to apply through our program)
- 1+ years professional landscaping or groundskeeping experience
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in varying weather conditions
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Basic English proficiency (written and verbal)
- USDA pesticide applicator license preferred (training provided)
- Reliable transportation to worksite
