Responsibilities
- Mow, edge, and trim lawns to a high standard of excellence and uniformity.
- Plant, maintain, and prune flowers, shrubs, trees, and seasonal bedding.
- Operate and perform routine maintenance on landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers.
- Remove debris, leaves, weeds, and organic matter from outdoor areas and parking lots.
- Assist with seasonal landscaping projects, hardscaping installations, and irrigation checks.
- Ensure all work zones are clean, organized, and free of hazards at the end of each shift.
- Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures to ensure a secure work environment.
Qualifications
- Valid H2B Visa status or the ability to obtain one through our sponsorship program.
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labor outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the worksite.
- Basic knowledge of landscaping tools and equipment is a plus but not required.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a positive attitude.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
