Responsibilities
- Perform regular lawn maintenance, including mowing, edging, and trimming commercial properties.
- Prune and shape trees, shrubs, and seasonal flowers to ensure optimal growth and curb appeal.
- Operate landscaping equipment such as backpack blowers, trimmers, and walk-behind mowers safely and efficiently.
- Assist with seasonal planting, bed preparation, and irrigation system maintenance.
- Ensure all work sites are left clean and free of debris.
- Provide excellent customer service and represent the company’s brand professionally on-site.
Qualifications
- Valid H2B visa status or proof of eligibility to obtain an H2B visa.
- Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor for extended periods outdoors.
- Experience with landscaping tools and equipment is highly preferred but not required.
- Reliable transportation to the Scottsdale worksite.
- Ability to work a flexible seasonal schedule, including weekends and holidays during peak seasons.
