Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and enhance residential and commercial landscapes
- Operate landscaping equipment including mowers, trimmers, and edgers safely
- Plant, water, prune, and fertilize trees, shrubs, and seasonal flowers
- Perform lawn care services including mowing, aerating, and dethatching
- Apply mulch and maintain garden beds to enhance property aesthetics
- Identify and address common plant diseases and pest issues
- Collaborate with team members to complete daily landscaping assignments
Qualifications
- Valid H2B visa status or eligibility for H2B sponsorship
- Previous landscaping or groundskeeping experience preferred
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in outdoor conditions
- Basic knowledge of plant care and landscaping techniques
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying weather conditions
- Must be available for 6-month seasonal commitment (March-August)
