Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service in resort accommodations and common areas
- Perform housekeeping duties including room cleaning, laundry, and inventory management
- Assist with front desk operations including check-in/check-out and guest inquiries
- Support food and beverage services in poolside restaurants and bars
- Maintain safety standards and emergency response protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless guest experiences
Qualifications
- Eligible for H2B visa sponsorship (must pass background check)
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights/weekends/holidays
- Strong communication skills and fluency in English
- Physical ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift 25+ lbs
- Valid passport and willingness to relocate temporarily
- Must be legally authorized to work in the US (or eligible for sponsorship)
