Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, tourists, and visitors in a high-volume environment.
- Assist with event setup, coordination, and breakdown during peak seasonal periods.
- Handle inquiries and resolve issues efficiently to ensure maximum guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with team members to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming atmosphere.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, operational standards, and company policies at all times.
- Perform physical tasks which may include standing for extended periods, walking, and lifting moderate weights.
Qualifications
- Must be eligible to work and be sponsored under an H2B Visa.
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or event management is strongly preferred.
- Strong verbal communication skills and fluency in English.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Physically fit and capable of performing job duties requiring stamina and mobility.
