Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding guest service in front desk, housekeeping, and dining areas
- Maintain immaculate room cleanliness and public space standards
- Process guest check-ins/check-outs efficiently using property management systems
- Assist with event setup and banquet service for seasonal functions
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to ensure seamless operations
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols
- Resolve guest inquiries promptly and professionally
Qualifications
- Valid H2B visa sponsorship eligibility required
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights/weekends
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Basic computer literacy and POS system experience
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25+ lbs
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Availability for full-time seasonal commitment (3-6 months)
