Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest services in front-of-house operations
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards across guest areas
- Assist with event setup and breakdown for seasonal functions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies
- Support inventory management and supply organization
- Participate in daily team briefings and training sessions
Qualifications
- Valid H2B visa sponsorship eligibility (US employer sponsorship provided)
- Basic English proficiency (written and verbal)
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends/holidays
- Physical stamina for standing/walking 8+ hours daily
- Positive attitude and strong team collaboration skills
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Must pass background check and drug screening
