Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest services in hotel front desk operations

- Process guest check-ins/checkouts using property management systems
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Support inventory management for seasonal supplies
- Attend mandatory safety and service training sessions
Qualifications
- Valid H2B visa sponsorship eligibility
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Basic English proficiency (written and verbal)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Valid Washington State Food Handler's Card (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable transportation to downtown Seattle location
