Responsibilities
- Perform daily cleaning and maintenance of guest accommodations and common areas to ensure high standards of hygiene.
- Assist with check-in/check-out processes and provide exceptional customer service to international guests.
- Ensure strict compliance with all safety regulations, company policies, and H2B visa work hour requirements.
- Support kitchen and dining operations, including dishwashing and food prep assistance.
- Handle luggage and transport guests to and from local attractions and shuttle services.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and amenities.
- Report maintenance issues to the management team immediately.
Qualifications
- Must be eligible to work in the United States under H2B visa status.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Fluency in English is required for communication with guests and management.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods in various weather conditions.
- Previous experience in hospitality, housekeeping, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Valid state-issued ID or passport is required.
