Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Provide exceptional service to international and domestic visitors, ensuring a memorable stay.
- Operational Support: Assist with daily facility maintenance, cleaning, and event setup.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to meet seasonal operational goals.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and workplace regulations at all times.
- Training Participation: Complete all required paid training modules on time.
- Event Assistance: Support seasonal festivals and outdoor activities in the Anchorage area.
Qualifications
- Visa Eligibility: Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S. and currently hold or be able to obtain an H2B Visa.
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or seasonal labor is preferred.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Physicality: Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, standing, and working in various weather conditions.
- Availability: Must be available for the full duration of the season (March - October).
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
