Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Provide exceptional customer service to visitors and guests, ensuring a welcoming and positive experience.
- Operational Support: Assist with the setup, execution, and breakdown of seasonal events, festivals, and promotional activities.
- Maintenance & Hygiene: Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, facilities, and equipment to meet strict quality standards.
- Point of Sale (POS): Operate cash registers and POS systems accurately, handling cash transactions and issuing receipts.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth daily operations and resolve any issues efficiently.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels of supplies and merchandise, reporting shortages or needs to management.
Qualifications
- Visa Eligibility: Must be eligible for H2B Visa sponsorship (or currently hold a valid work permit).
- Communication: Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and perform physical tasks in various weather conditions.
- Experience: Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or seasonal labor is preferred but not mandatory.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and work ethic.
