Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks to move inventory throughout the warehouse.
- Warehouse Operations: Receive, inspect, sort, and stock incoming shipments to ensure accurate inventory levels.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks on products to ensure they meet company standards before shipping.
- Order Fulfillment: Pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment in a timely and accurate manner.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and coworkers to ensure operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Visa Eligibility: Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States or willing to undergo the EB3 visa sponsorship process.
- English Proficiency: Basic to intermediate English reading and speaking skills are required for safety and communication.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic, punctuality, and the ability to work flexible hours including weekends or overtime.
- Background Check: Must pass a background check and drug screening.
