Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Assist with daily operations and maintenance of resort facilities and grounds.
- Support seasonal events, activities, and guest programs as assigned.
- Ensure compliance with all safety protocols, cleanliness standards, and company policies.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve operational goals.
- Perform light cleaning and organization tasks to maintain a welcoming environment.
Qualifications
- Eligible to work in the United States with a valid H2B Visa or eligible to obtain sponsorship (Foreign Nationals welcome).
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Physically fit and capable of standing or walking for extended periods.
- Strong English communication skills and interpersonal abilities.
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or a related field is a plus.
