Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests by greeting them warmly and addressing inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Assist with event coordination, including setup, service, and breakdown of functions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of all public areas, restrooms, and dining spaces.
- Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to ensure seamless operations during peak hours.
- Handle cash transactions and operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately.
- Enforce health and safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Adapt to changing schedules and work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Qualifications
- Must currently possess or be eligible to obtain a valid H2B non-immigrant work visa.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, hospitality, or a related field.
- Strong verbal communication skills in English; fluency is preferred.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 25 lbs.
- Professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights and weekends.
