- Event Support: Assist in the setup and breakdown of event stations, ensuring everything is ready for a seamless operation.
- Customer Service: Address guest inquiries, take orders, and resolve issues promptly to ensure a top-tier experience.
- Operations: Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations throughout the shift.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the event team to coordinate tasks and ensure timely service delivery.
- Regulatory Compliance: Adhere strictly to all company policies, health codes, and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Visa Status: Must be eligible for an H2B Visa or willing to apply for one.
- Language: Fluency in English is required.
- Schedule: Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Experience: Previous hospitality or event experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and able to stand for extended periods.
- Transportation: Reliable transportation is essential to commute to the city center.
