- Uphold brand standards through attentive customer service
Qualifications
- Fluency in English plus additional language (Spanish, Japanese, Korean, etc.)
- 1+ years customer service or hospitality experience
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Basic computer proficiency with reservation systems
