Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to visitors and guests in a high-paced, tourism-focused environment.
- Assist with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring all documentation, including H2B visa compliance, is managed accurately.
- Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and speed.
- Collaborate with the front desk team to manage room assignments and guest requests efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming environment for all guests entering the facility.
- Handle cash transactions and process credit card payments with strict adherence to security protocols.
Qualifications
- Must be currently eligible for or willing to obtain an H2B visa for seasonal employment in the USA.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in hospitality is a plus.
- Strong verbal communication skills in English; bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer operations.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs occasionally.
