Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional front desk services including check-in/check-out procedures and guest inquiries
- Manage reservation systems and optimize room assignments for maximum occupancy
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction
- Handle guest complaints with professionalism and escalate issues when necessary
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial transaction records
- Assist with event coordination and group check-ins during peak season
- Conduct property tours and provide local recommendations to guests
Qualifications
- Valid H2B Visa sponsorship eligibility (non-US citizens required)
- Minimum 6 months of customer service or hospitality experience
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal communication)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Basic knowledge of reservation systems (Opera, Fidelio, etc.) preferred
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
