Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks, including planting, weeding, and harvesting various crops.
- Operate farm machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized worksite to ensure high safety standards.
- Load, unload, and sort agricultural products with attention to quality.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Work in varying weather conditions and maintain physical stamina throughout the shift.
- Assist in general farm maintenance as directed by supervisors.
Qualifications
- Must be eligible to legally work in the United States under the H2A visa program.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic mechanical skills and the ability to operate standard farm equipment are preferred but not required.
- Reliable transportation to and from the farm location.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a team.
