Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops according to established procedures.
- Operate farm machinery and equipment safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Monitor crop health and identify potential issues or pests.
- Assist in packing and loading harvested goods for transport.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including standing, walking, and bending.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Valid identification and eligibility to work in the United States.
- Experience in agriculture or farm work is preferred but not always required.
- Basic math skills for inventory and reporting purposes.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
