Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians.
- Administer medications and treatments in strict adherence to hospital protocols and legal standards.
- Monitor patient vital signs and response to treatments, escalating concerns immediately.
- Document all patient interactions, assessments, and interventions accurately in electronic health records (EHR).
- Educate patients and families on disease prevention, medication management, and post-discharge care.
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient outcomes.
Qualifications
- Current, active RN or LPN license in the United States or equivalent foreign credentials.
- English proficiency (minimum IELTS 6.5 or TOEFL iBT 80) required for visa processing.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience in a hospital or medical setting preferred.
- CPR/BLS certification (ACLS required for RN roles in critical care units).
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
