Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with hospital protocols.
- Monitor patient vitals and respond promptly to changes in clinical status.
- Collaborate with physicians and nursing staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic health records (EHR).
- Adhere to all safety regulations and hospital policies.
Qualifications
- Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in Missouri.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Eligibility for Visa sponsorship (H-1B, H-1B1, or TN visa) or currently holding a valid work visa.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work part-time hours with flexibility for shifts as needed.
- Commitment to patient safety and HIPAA compliance.
