Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care by monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and treating medical conditions.
- Document patient medical histories, symptoms, and treatment responses accurately in electronic health records.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and nursing staff to develop and implement comprehensive patient care plans.
- Educate patients and their families on post-procedure care, disease management, and preventative health measures.
- Maintain strict adherence to hospital safety protocols, infection control standards, and regulatory compliance.
- Provide emotional support and advocacy for patients in accordance with our core values of compassion and dignity.
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the United States (or foreign educated nurse with current eligibility for licensure).
- Demonstrated experience in a hospital or clinical setting (minimum 1-2 years preferred).
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
- Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective patient interaction.
- Willingness to relocate and complete any additional state-specific training requirements.
