Responsibilities
- Deliver evidence-based nursing care across diverse patient populations in acute care settings
- Utilize advanced medical equipment including telemetry monitors, infusion pumps, and electronic health records systems
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Adhere to strict infection control protocols and safety standards
- Document clinical observations and interventions accurately in EMR systems
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to unit-based education programs
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Pennsylvania or eligible for compact license
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; MSN preferred
- Minimum 2 years acute care nursing experience in U.S. healthcare setting
- ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications required
- Proficiency with electronic medical records (EPIC experience preferred)
- Demonstrated commitment to patient-centered care principles
- Eligible for U.S. work visa sponsorship (TN, H1B, or J1 pathways)
- Strong communication skills with proficiency in English
