Responsibilities
- Deliver patient-centered care across diverse medical units with adaptable scheduling options
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement personalized care plans
- Accurately document patient records using advanced EHR systems
- Maintain strict compliance with JCAHO and state nursing regulations
- Provide mentorship to nursing students and new staff members
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Virginia or eligible for endorsement
- BSN degree required (MSN preferred)
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience in acute care setting
- Valid BLS and ACLS certifications
- Eligible for US work visa sponsorship (H1B, TN, or O-1 visas)
- Exceptional communication skills with multicultural sensitivity
- Ability to work rotating weekends and holidays as needed
