Responsibilities
- Source and screen high-quality technical candidates via LinkedIn, Indeed, and Boolean search strategies.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate feedback.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for open engineering, sales, and support roles.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and cultural fit.
- Conduct initial phone screens to assess skills, experience, and salary expectations.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track candidate progress and ensure data accuracy.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical recruiting or human resources.
- Proven ability to source passive candidates and navigate complex technical job descriptions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on candidate experience.
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and recruiting platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, etc.).
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated home office setup.
