Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, and closure, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Manage cross-functional teams in a flexible remote or hybrid setting, coordinating communication and workflow efficiently.
- Coordinate and facilitate the employee relocation process, including housing logistics and visa sponsorship support where applicable.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to foster professional development.
- Report project progress to stakeholders and senior management using data-driven insights.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field is required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in project management, preferably within the technology or consulting sector.
- PMP or PMI certification is a significant plus.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a flexible work environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to relocate and ability to pass a background check.
