As a Senior Project Manager, you will be the driving force behind our delivery pipeline, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and under budget.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the full project lifecycle from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Lead cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.
- Manage project budgets and resources efficiently to maximize ROI.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, developing contingency plans as needed.
- Communicate complex project updates to stakeholders and executive leadership effectively.
- Ensure compliance with all organizational policies and industry standards.
- Conduct post-project reviews to document lessons learned and improve future processes.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Management (PMP or CAPM certification preferred).
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects in a corporate environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to travel as required for team meetings or client sites.
- Willingness to relocate to Oakland, CA, with support from our relocation team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
