Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles from initiation through closure, ensuring adherence to scope, time, and budget.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
- Communicate project status, risks, and deliverables to all stakeholders effectively and transparently.
- Manage project resources, resolve conflicts within the team, and drive team performance.
- Conduct regular project meetings, status reviews, and retrospectives to ensure continuous improvement.
- Drive process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and team productivity.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to define project requirements and success metrics.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in Project Management, preferably within the technology or corporate sector.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- PMP, PgMP, or CAPM certification is strongly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex information to diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in project management software such as Jira, Asana, MS Project, or Smartsheet.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Experience with Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
