Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Develop comprehensive project plans and monitor progress against milestones.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure successful delivery.
- Communicate complex project updates and status reports to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Manage resource allocation and coordinate with external vendors when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the IT or defense industry.
- PMP or PgMP certification is highly preferred.
- Proven experience with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Strong proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, or Asana.
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
