Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end employee relocation packages including logistics and equipment provisioning
- Manage relocation budgets and expense reimbursements
- Source and provide specialized equipment (computers, tools, safety gear) for new hires
- Build relationships with relocation vendors and service providers
- Develop relocation policies and process improvements
- Act as primary point of contact for relocating employees
- Track relocation metrics and ensure compliance with company policies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Logistics, or related field
- 3+ years of corporate relocation experience
- Proven expertise in equipment provisioning and logistics management
- Strong negotiation skills with relocation vendors
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with relocation management software (e.g., ReloQuest, TRC Global)
- PHR or GPHR certification preferred
- Valid driver's license with clean record
