Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end relocation logistics for corporate transferees
- Develop customized relocation plans addressing housing, schools, and community integration
- Manage vendor relationships (moving companies, real estate agents)
- Conduct pre-move consultations and post-move follow-ups
- Utilize relocation software to track budgets and timelines
- Solve complex relocation challenges with creative solutions
- Maintain 95%+ client satisfaction metrics
Qualifications
- 3+ years in relocation coordination or HR support
- Experience with relocation software (e.g., Relocation.com, Cartus)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Valid Florida driver's license and reliable transportation
- Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) preferred
- Ability to relocate to Jacksonville within 30 days
- Spanish bilingual proficiency strongly preferred
- Background check and drug screen required
