Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive relocation plans for incoming executives and key talent
- Coordinate housing logistics including temporary accommodations, property searches, and lease negotiations
- Manage relocation budgets and vendor relationships with moving companies, real estate agents, and service providers
- Provide cultural orientation and community integration resources for international assignees
- Develop customized relocation timelines and crisis management protocols
- Track relocation KPIs and optimize processes based on employee feedback
- Collaborate with HR departments to align relocation policies with corporate objectives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of corporate relocation management experience
- Proven track record in handling complex domestic and international relocations
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with cross-cultural sensitivity
- Proficiency in relocation management software (e.g., ReloQuest, Cartus)
- Strong problem-solving abilities with crisis management experience
- Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) designation preferred
