Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end relocation logistics for incoming employees
- Manage relocation budgets and expense reimbursements
- Partner with housing specialists to secure temporary accommodations
- Conduct needs assessments and develop customized relocation plans
- Collaborate with immigration teams for international transfers
- Provide cultural integration resources and community orientation
- Track relocation KPIs and process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years in corporate relocation or HR coordination
- Experience with relocation management software (e.g., Cartus, GTS)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to manage multiple relocation cases simultaneously
- Knowledge of Portland housing markets and community resources
- Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
