Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive relocation plans for incoming and outgoing employees
- Coordinate moving services, temporary housing, and school transitions
- Manage relocation budgets and expense reimbursements
- Provide cultural integration support and community orientation
- Act as primary liaison between employees, employers, and relocation vendors
- Track relocation metrics and continuously improve service delivery
- Develop relocation policies and procedures in compliance with federal regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in corporate relocation or HR coordination
- Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) designation preferred
- Proficiency in relocation management software (e.g., ReloTracker, TRC)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently while maintaining collaborative relationships
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
- Experience with cross-cultural relocation scenarios
