Responsibilities
- Design and administer comprehensive relocation packages including moving expenses, temporary housing, and home-finding services
- Coordinate with third-party vendors (movers, realtors, storage facilities) to ensure smooth transitions
- Provide cultural orientation and community resources for relocating employees and families
- Manage relocation budgets and expense reporting with precision
- Act as primary point of contact for pre- and post-relocation support
- Analyze relocation program effectiveness and recommend continuous improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years in HR, relocation coordination, or talent mobility roles
- Experience with relocation management systems (e.g., Cartus, Worldwide ERC)
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Knowledge of Charlotte's housing market and community resources
- Certification in Global Mobility (GRMP/GMS) preferred
- Valid US driver's license and reliable transportation for local vendor meetings
