Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end relocation processes for corporate transferees and their families
- Coordinate housing searches, school transfers, and community integration resources
- Develop customized relocation plans aligned with company policies and employee needs
- Act as primary liaison between employees, vendors, and internal stakeholders
- Track relocation budgets and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the relocation lifecycle
Qualifications
- 3+ years of corporate relocation or HR coordination experience
- Proven expertise in managing complex relocation logistics and budgets
- Strong negotiation skills with housing providers and service vendors
- Excellent communication abilities with diverse populations
- Certification in Relocation (CRP) or related field preferred
- Proficiency in relocation management software (e.g., ReloQuest, TRC)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
