Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end relocation logistics for incoming/outgoing employees
- Research and arrange housing, schools, and community resources
- Manage relocation budgets and expense reporting
- Provide cultural integration support and local area orientation
- Collaborate with real estate agents and service providers
- Maintain accurate client documentation in CRM systems
- Track relocation program metrics and identify improvement opportunities
Qualifications
- 3+ years in relocation, HR, or customer service coordination
- Proficiency with relocation software (e.g., Relocation Pro, TRC)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Valid California driver's license with clean record
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- Experience with corporate relocation policies and procedures
- Multilingual abilities (Spanish highly valued)
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
