Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end relocation processes for incoming transferees and their families
- Coordinate housing searches, lease negotiations, and temporary accommodations
- Facilitate school enrollment, childcare arrangements, and community orientation
- Develop customized relocation plans addressing individual client needs and budgets
- Collaborate with vendors (movers, real estate agents, service providers)
- Track relocation metrics and maintain detailed case documentation
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting throughout the transition period
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in corporate relocation or client services
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Strong knowledge of San Diego neighborhoods and resources
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with tight deadlines
- Proficiency in relocation management software (e.g., Relocation.com)
- Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) designation preferred
- Valid driver's license with clean record
