Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end relocation logistics including housing, transportation, and school searches
- Manage relocation budgets and expense reimbursements for transferees
- Build relationships with local service providers (real estate, moving companies)
- Provide cultural orientation and community integration support
- Track relocation metrics and optimize processes for efficiency
- Develop customized relocation plans based on employee/family needs
- Collaborate with HR departments to ensure smooth transitions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of corporate relocation or logistics experience
- Proficiency in relocation management software (e.g., ReloQuest, TRC)
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean record
- Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) designation preferred
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Knowledge of Arlington community resources and housing market
