Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end relocation packages for incoming professionals
- Partner with HR departments to align relocation policies
- Manage housing searches and neighborhood orientation sessions
- Facilitate school enrollment and community integration
- Develop customized relocation timelines and budgets
- Track and optimize program KPIs
- Build relationships with local service providers
Qualifications
- 3+ years in corporate relocation or HR coordination
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Boston area residency or deep local knowledge
- Experience with relocation management software (e.g., ReloQuest)
- Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) preferred
- Ability to manage multiple relocation cases simultaneously
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Spanish language proficiency a plus
