Responsibilities
- Manage complete relocation lifecycle from offer acceptance to move-in day
- Coordinate housing searches and lease negotiations in Philadelphia metro area
- Arrange moving services, temporary housing, and utility transfers
- Develop personalized relocation plans including school recommendations and community resources
- Act as primary point of contact for relocating employees and families
- Track relocation budgets and maintain detailed documentation
- Collaborate with HR, vendors, and local service providers
Qualifications
- 3+ years of corporate relocation or logistics coordination experience
- Deep knowledge of Philadelphia neighborhoods, schools, and amenities
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Experience with relocation management software (e.g., Relocation.com, Cartus)
- Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) designation preferred
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license and clean driving record
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
