Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end relocation logistics for corporate transferees
- Develop personalized relocation plans including housing, schools, and community integration
- Manage vendor relationships with moving companies and temporary housing providers
- Conduct needs assessments and provide cultural orientation resources
- Track relocation budgets and ensure cost-effective service delivery
- Maintain detailed documentation in CRM systems
Qualifications
- 3+ years in corporate relocation or HR coordination
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with relocation management software (e.g., ReloTracker)
- Valid Kansas driver's license with clean record
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends
- Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) preferred
- Strong problem-solving abilities in high-pressure situations
