Coordinate end-to-end relocation logistics for incoming/outgoing employeesResearch and present Anchorage housing options matching client needs/budgetsFacilitate school enrollment and provide comprehensive community resource guidesManage relocation budgets and expense reimbursements with precisionBuild relationships with local vendors, real estate agents, and service providersDevelop customized relocation plans addressing cultural and logistical challengesTrack relocation metrics and continuously improve service delivery
Qualifications
3+ years in relocation coordination or HR support rolesDeep knowledge of Anchorage neighborhoods, schools, and amenitiesExceptional interpersonal skills with ability to build trust under stressProficiency in relocation management software (e.g., ReloQuest, TRC)Valid Alaska driver's license with clean driving recordAbility to handle confidential information with discretionStrong problem-solving skills for unexpected relocation challenges
