- Coordinate end-to-end relocation logistics for incoming employees
- Partner with third-party vendors for moving services and housing arrangements
- Develop personalized relocation plans including school searches and neighborhood tours
- Facilitate cultural integration and community onboarding activities
- Manage relocation budgets and expense reporting
- Provide ongoing support during employees' transition period
- Track relocation metrics and optimize processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in corporate relocation or HR coordination
- Strong knowledge of Tampa real estate market and community resources
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in relocation management software (e.g., Cartus, GMV)
- Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) preferred
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple relocation cases
