Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end relocation logistics for inbound/outbound transferees
- Develop personalized relocation plans addressing housing, schools, and community integration
- Manage vendor partnerships with moving companies and temporary housing providers
- Conduct needs assessments and provide financial counseling for relocation expenses
- Organize welcome events and community tours for relocating families
- Maintain detailed relocation documentation and compliance records
- Track relocation program metrics and identify improvement opportunities
Qualifications
- 3+ years in relocation coordination or HR support role
- Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) designation preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in relocation management software (e.g., ReloQuest, TRC)
- Strong knowledge of Wichita housing market and community resources
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Experience crafting competitive relocation packages
